Requirements for this position include: Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 5 - 7 years’ experience in the optical industry. Comprehensive knowledge of the ophthalmic market, project management skills necessary to prioritize and manage day-to-day activities and deliverables; proven ability to manage scope and budget and meet tight deadlines; the ability to establish effective working relationships and contribute in a team environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills including strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities include: Manage and cultivate relationships with all lens manufacturing partners;
Interface with R&D and technical teams in the development of new lens lines; Work with sales and marketing teams in all locations of the world, as well as industry contacts to continually develop the product line; Forecast sales of lens line(s) as well as manage the delivery timeline logistics in coordination with the Director of Operations; Manage lens inventories to include minimum/maximum inventorylevels, investment, return policies and warranties. This position will report to the Director of Ophthalmic Materials and Director of Operations.
