SUPERVISOR LAB MICROBIOLOGY
In addition to teaching procedural theory to staff, this talented professional will collaborate with pathologists to establish critical value limits, workload analysis, method changes/validation, accreditation and other tasks to achieve testing excellence. Qualified candidates must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology or related laboratory science with ASCP, NAACLS, HEW or equivalent. Minimum 5 years experience in accordance with CLIA-88 and supervisory background will be vital. Working knowledge of Molecular Diagnostics a plus.
