The Providence Community Health Centers, Inc. (PCHC), is the largest state-wide network of community health centers in Rhode Island. PCHC provides medical and dental services to over 35,000 patients/year from 9 sites in the Providence area.

PCHC has an exciting full-time or part-time opportunity for an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner for its newly expanded Urgent Care Clinic.

Qualifications include: Licensed Registered Nurse with a BSN, Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and 3-5 years of urgent care experience required.
